Chart Plotters and Fishfinder Combinations: Navigation made simple
Colour LCD screens are available in size from 4.5" to 12.1". By inserting map cartridges into the unit your boat and position will be shown on the screen. Your can have either an internal or external aerial, depending on the type of vessel to which the unit is fitted.
With the combined functions of a Chartplotter (GPS receiver)and the Fishfinder (echo sounder or fishing sonar)you can see your location on a detailed electronic color map, navigate routes, identify landmarks, fishing spots.
