Submersible PLUS (IPX8)

The IC-M72's not only has waterproof protection, it has been built and tested to survive after being submersed in 1.5m of water for 30 minutes.

30% Shorter Antenna

The IC-M72 comes with a 30% shorter antenna than previous Icom Marine antenna, without a loss of performance.

Easy to see LCD screen and large channel indication

The IC-M72 has an easy to see LCD screen (32 x 16mm). The 2-digit channel numbers are maximized in the display. The volume and battery levels are shown in the display also, with LCD and keybacklighting standard for night time operation.
